Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send your bag back for a full refund.

How to start a return

Send us your order number and a short note through our contact page or by email at hongocvinh30695@gmail.com. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Please return the bag unused and in its original condition.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Damaged or faulty items

If your bag arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
