Every order ships free, with tracking.

Processing

We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs. We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and duties

Some countries charge import duties or taxes. These are set by local authorities, are payable by the recipient and cannot be calculated by us in advance.

Address problems

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will send it again once you confirm the correct details.
